IIM Indore’s flagship HR Festival (Formerly HR Conclave), IIMINENCE, hosted by the PGP-HRM batch of IIM Indore, is celebrating its third season in 2022. The festival, IIMINENCE 3.0, promises to bring perspectives from Top B-schools in India, Top Industry Leaders in the field of Human Resources, and working professionals from different walks of life. The event inaugurated on 12th of October, 2022, where this year’s theme: BRACE/EMBRACE was also released, is set to conclude in the first week of December.
This two-month-long HR Festival will organize several speaker sessions where the Top Industry Experts will address the attendees on different aspects of Business, keeping Human Resources and this year’s theme at its core. The event will also feature its Flagship HR Tournament where 700 students from 217 teams across India’s top B-schools and one team from Canada’s Capilano University have participated. Some workshops, Quiz Competitions, and Debates will also be organized. By the end of the event, some of the best minds in the world will try to figure out the solutions to the various current and anticipated challenges faced by the industry attributed to the changes brought about by the ongoing war between Russia and Ukraine, the aftermath of the Covid-19 Pandemic, the impending implementation of the new Labour Codes, Distortion in the Talent Demand and Supply resulting in Global Mobility issues and much more.
The COVID-19 pandemic, along with its plethora of constrictions, undid the seemingly absolute boundaries of HR management. Analysts from different walks of life also foresee some significant changes in line, with which there is news about the strategic apex of various organizations making their own preparations. This year’s IIMINENCE brings to you the theme – Brace or Embrace? Do we brace for impact – stand our ground, wait things out, while hoping for business to go back to normal, or do we embrace the change – meet the challenge head-on, be agile, adapt and evolve to get an edge over the competition? It is a debate between these two feelings while exploring all the points on the line connecting these two extreme ends of perception towards change. This HR festival promises you an insightful perspective in understanding both these directions, in hopes of letting you make an informed decision be it as a student, as a professional, or as an organization.

ndia’s Biggest HR Festival hosted by the PGPHRM batch of IIM Indore features its flagship event this year, HR Tournament.
In this tournament, there will be 4 case competitions worth cash prize of INR 25k each. Based on the ranking of the participating teams in the different rounds, the top 16 teams will be invited to compete in the Grand Finale Case Competition worth cash prize of INR 1 Lakh.
