IIMINENCE is the biggest annual HR conclave of Central India. It is the flagship annual event of PGP-HRM programme of IIM Indore. The event is a unique experience in itself as it hosts national-level competitions in the field of Human Resource Management. 

This year, it’s the second instalment of IIMINENCE. This year’s theme, HR REVAMP, focuses on a unique challenge in the face of Covid-19 pandemic that has forced the HRs around the globe to ponder on the ways to create solutions to overcome the difficulties faced in managing the workforce in the Work From Home model as well as taking care of the employees’ emotional needs to foster a positive work culture amidst the challenges to keep nurture employee engagement.

This year, the HR Startup: Case Competition will be all about finding innovative ways to deal with the challenges and to create resilient HRM frameworks to ensure streamlining the new era of work cultures that harness innovation, initiation and creativity.
