Deliverables pertaining to this MoU

1. Team IIMINENCE will be sharing all the data pertaining to the participants of the HR Tournament to the Corporate Partners subject to the point numbers (3) and (4).
2. “Data” is defined as:

• emails,
• case submissions,
• Aptitude Test Score,
• Participant Names,
• Participant’s College,
• Case Competition Scores of the 4 case competitions excluding the Finale Case Round,
• other relevant details if any.

3. In Return, the corporate partner, if finds the candidates suitable, may provide either one live-project^a each to at least one of the winning teams across all the four case competitions (excluding the Finale Case Competition) OR offer summer internship interview opportunity^b to at least one of the participants.

5. For the data of the Finale Case Competition round (Scores and Presentation Round Guest Invitation), the Corporate partner, if finds the candidates suitable, may give at least one summer internship placement offer^c (to at least one participant among the top 16 teams competing in the Finale Round), in addition to either one live project each to all the team members of at least one of the winning teams across all the four case competitions OR offer summer internship interview opportunity to at least one of the finalists (one participant).
6. Any disputes related to recruitment and selection will be resolved with a feeling of mutual collaboration but will be the sole responsibility of the Corporate Partner.
